HEY GUYS & GALS ......HAVE A LOOK AT THIS RECIPE OF LOVELY ,TASTY ,NUTRITIOUS SANDWICHES!!!!
ingredients :
******4 slices of white or brown bread
******green coriander chutney
******1/2 a cabbage small (shredded or cut thinly )
******1/2 green capsicum,cut into small pieces
******1 small ccumber peeled/ cut into small pieces
******1 small onion,washed,peeled & cut into small pieces
****** 2 tablespoons of grated paneer
****** 1 tablespoon of ground green chilli paste
****** salt as per taste & 1 teaspoon of chaat masala
******1 small pack of amul /home-made butter
Butter the four bread slices& apply green chutney on one side to all of them & keep aside. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl thoroughly & spread as stuffing on one bread-slice. Cover each slice with the pending two slices & put on a pan to heat or grilling machine.U acn also use a toaster for same. But butter all the appliances before use.Cook for about 7 minutes till golden brown on both sides .Cut into triangles & serve hot with green chutney & ketchup !!!
