here is a lovely,yummy recipe with nutrition & variety 

INGREDIENTS : 


2 cups nacahni atta(available in all supermarkets )
1 cup sour curds 
2 tablespoons oil & a pinch of aesofotida,soda-bi-carb  & salt.
2 cups water 

               Mix all the ingredients to form a liquidy batter & keep aside for atleast 4 hours. Even more hours is better for the dosas to turn out smooth & crispy. When u want to eat ,pour 2 chamchas of batter on the non-stick pan & spread to form a round/oval shape. Once brown put oil/ghee/butter on one side & flip over to the other side to cook. Cook till brown on both sides. 


SERVE THIS HOT MAROON-BROWNISH LOOKING DOSAS  WITH GREEN OR COCONUT CHUTNEY   

these dosas are unique & the nachani atta has lot of proteins .Enjoy for breakfast  & write in to tell me about the experience !!!!!!!!!
